Shipping & Returns
Unless you make special arrangements at the time your order is placed, all shipments are billed FOB origin and sent via UPS ground service, USPS Priority or LTL common carrier depending on weight, size and quantity of your order.
Items too heavy or too large to ship by small carrier will be shipped LTL common carrier. Charges will be calculated based on the weight, quantity and overall dimensions of your order.
Our shipping and processing charges include the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products and delivery.
Before signing your delivery receipt, check for external damage and make sure you have received all the cartons listed. Note any damage or shortage on your delivery receipt. If you find damage after delivery, contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you in filing a claim and obtaining a replacement. You must retain the damaged cartons and inner packing materials for expedited replacement and/or credit. Failure to do so may result in loss of claim as this is a carrier requirement/policy and aboxfactory or Pulp Packaging, Inc does not have control or influence in determining validity, acceptance of denial of carrier claims.
Once your order is prepared for shipment a UPS or carrier tracking number will be provided to the email address that you placed your order with. If your have any problems or issues tracking your package, please contact us a firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason when you receive your order from www.aboxfactory.com, and you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product. Please contact us at email@example.com, and Include your order number in the subject line. Request must be made within 30 days of order ship date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense.
If you receive the product damaged/defective, it can be exchanged. Please notify us as soon as your shipment is received explaining the damage. We will make every effort to get you your replacement product shipped to you as soon as possible.
Custom products, including items that have been modified per your request, special orders, and international orders, are not eligible for returns.
When returning Standard Stocked products they must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition unless received defective or damaged. Returns are subject to restocking fees and return freight charges.
