This Card Storage binder has a 1-1/2” D-Ring installed to hold vinyl pages (not included) securely. The fully enclosed binder helps to eliminate dust and debris from contacting the pages and cards. Binder includes the same V notch feature as the storage boxes that makes opening the binder much easier.
